Still, the wet suit doesn't preserve body heat. Therefore, diving in cold weather requires a different setup.
The Dry Suit Specialty course is important for you if you plan to dive into icy waters.
PADI Dry Suit Specialty
DESCRIPTION
Duration: 2 Days- 4 dives
Scuba Diving can be annoying in cold weather. Going underwater in temperatures below 15 degrees requires special arrangements. Through this course, you learn how to use a Dry Suit to seal yourself off from low temperatures and enjoy a longer diving season around the world.
